Pantograph ("we", "our", "the service") provides a photo collection platform for relay race events. Participants can upload photos taken during races to share with their teams and event organizers.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
To use our service, you must:
- Sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Google, GitHub, or Microsoft)
- Provide accurate account information
- Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
3. Photo Upload Responsibilities
When uploading photos, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the photos or have permission to share them
- You have obtained necessary consent from people depicted in the photos
- Photos are appropriate and related to the relay event
- Photos do not violate any laws, copyrights, or third-party rights
- Photos do not contain offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
4. Photo Usage Rights
By uploading photos to our service:
- You retain ownership of your photos
- Team members can view and download photos from their team's collection
- We may use photos for service operation, moderation, and improvement
- You can request photo removal by contacting the event organizers
5. Privacy & Data
We collect and store:
- Basic account information from your OAuth provider (name, email, profile picture)
- Photos you upload and their metadata (GPS coordinates, timestamps)
- Usage information to improve our service

6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Violate others' privacy or rights
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Upload photos unrelated to relay events

- Review and remove inappropriate content
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Moderate content to ensure a safe, appropriate environment
8. Service Availability
